CPE Production Oy Extends its Expertise by Acquiring Touchpoint Oy

CPE Production Oy, a leading supplier of high-quality combat protective equipment from Forssa, Finland, is acquiring the entire share capital of the Finnish company Touchpoint Group Oy and its subsidiary, Touchpoint Oy. The sellers include Taaleri Kiertotalous Ky fund and several minority shareholders. Touchpoint Oy provides tailored workwear solutions for demanding conditions, serving a broad customer base across the Nordic countries. The company's clientele spans various sectors, including defence, healthcare, logistics, and services.
"This acquisition both strengthens the CPE Group's position within the European defence sector and enables us to expand our product range into new areas and customer segments," says Harri Kolu, CEO of CPE Production Oy. "Touchpoint's extensive experience and expertise in demanding textile product supply chains also provide opportunities to further develop CPE's production."
Touchpoint Oy's operations will continue in the usual manner, and the acquisition will have no impact on personnel or existing customer relationships.
Noora Salonoja, CEO of Touchpoint Oy, sees significant potential in the synergies created by the acquisition. "Becoming part of the CPE Group grants Touchpoint access to Foxa Oy’s unique expertise in textile material development and sourcing. Materials are a core component of workwear functionality, and in the future, we will be able to serve our customers even better. At the same time, we gain means to reach wider international market for Touchpoint’s products," Salonoja explains
