Terhi Karasjärvi appointed as Touchpoint’s Interim CEO

Touchpoint Oy has appointed Terhi Karasjärvi as the company’s Interim CEO during Noora Salonoja’s parental leave. Terhi joined the company in January 2026. Karasjärvi is working closely with Salonoja to ensure continuity, development, and operational efficiency throughout the transition period.

“I am pleased to serve as Interim CEO during this important growth phase for Touchpoint. Collaboration with Noora and the entire team has begun very smoothly. Together, we will take Touchpoint forward, strengthening its position and building the next phase in the market for sustainable workwear solutions,” Karasjärvi says.

“Terhi’s extensive experience and leadership skills bring valuable support to Touchpoint. We have worked closely together, and I feel very confident entrusting the operational leadership to Terhi during my parental leave,” Salonoja notes.

Touchpoint continues its determined growth as a pioneer in sustainable workwear solutions in Finland and internationally. Terhi Karasjärvi’s role is to ensure smooth daily operations, continued growth, and progress in key strategic development initiatives. Noora Salonoja will return as CEO in early 2027.
