We have signed the FIBS Diversity Charter

We have signed the FIBS Diversity Charter. The Diversity Charter is a tool developed by FIBS to help companies and other organizations operating in Finland develop their diversity and inclusion (D&I) management and service practices. By signing the Diversity Charter, we voluntarily commit to promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality in our workplace. Signing the Diversity Charter is a step in the right direction, but it is not enough on its own. It is important that organizations have a clear diversity plan that they regularly monitor and evaluate. It is also important that organizations make it clear to their employees that diversity is an important value that is respected and promoted.

Each of us can promote diversity and equality through our own actions. We can learn about different backgrounds and cultures, avoid prejudices and discrimination, and encourage others to do the same. Together, we can create a more equal and just society for everyone.
